Paicolex Trust Management AG (“Paicolex”) is based in Switzerland and provides a full range of trust management services to international clients based both in and outside the UK, including the provision of trustees, company secretarial services and financial administration. In addition, Paicolex offers the formation and administration of foundations.
Paicolex was incorporated in 1980 under the laws of the Canton of Zurich and is owned by Berwin Leighton Paisner, a top 15 UK law firm. The day to day administration and control of Paicolex lies in the Swiss offices in Küsnacht.
Switzerland was chosen as a base for Paicolex because it has a stable jurisdiction, is recognised worldwide for its financial and fiduciary expertise, confidentiality and integrity and enjoys an excellent reputation for the administration of trusts and companies.
